About the Role: As our new Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet all safety standards for landlords, tenants, and letting agencies. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, repairs, and inspections in rental properties across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electrical testing and inspections in residential properties.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with letting agencies to meet their clients’ needs and timelines.
  • Provide expert advice to landlords and property managers on electrical safety and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NICEIC or equivalent).
  • Experience working with letting agencies or in the property maintenance sector is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
